According to The Korea Economic Daily said that Apple and Samsung today officially signed a new agreement, which provides for close cooperation between the two companies for a series of chips for devices based on Apple iOS operating system.The agreement will cover more specifically the Apple supply A9 chips to Samsung, which are based on 14 nanometer core, which will start from 2015.
The statement comes just two weeks after a company from Taiwan, Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSMC) has confirmed that it will begin producing a series chips for Apple. Apparently, Apple has decided to work with both companies to create a chip for its mobile devices.
