WhatsApp continues to grow in popularity during the day yesterday after the company revealed that its user base has exceeded 250 million.
Citing news from The Wall Street Journal comes just a week after WhatsApp introduced a new record for its service, stating that its service has reached 27 billion messages sent within a single period of 24 hours.
For a company that its mobile application has just released in 2009, and spends zero budget for marketing, these figures are nothing less than colossal.
