Living in couple, reduces stress and work

Living in pairs significantly reduces stress, especially at work. This result has come as an American study recently conducted by the University of Chicago and Northwestern.

According to the researchers this is explained by the fact that marriage and life as a couple, sometimes stressful, facilitates the management of other stress factors. Companies have long been interested in the question of how to reduce the stress of their employees. U.S. researchers have found a solution to this problem: Living in pairs.

For the realization of this study included 500 students in a stress test versus economic decisions by explaining that the results can seriously affect their future career, writes Civitas. Of these students, 40% of men and 53% of holidays were married or living with a partner. Salivary samples were analyzed before and after the test to measure levels of stress hormones.
