Police dispersed protesters in Ankara

Ankara - The Special Police use water cannons and smoke grenades against hundreds of anti-government demonstrators today in the early hours of the morning in the capital Ankara.
Yesterday, anti-terror police have arrested 20 people during a rally intervention in Ankara on anti-government protests, which are now held in the week throughout Turkey, reports rel.
Massive protests began in late May, when the police use force against participants of the campaign against the plans which are for the redevelopment of Central Park in Istanbul.
Protests have expanded into large demonstrations against Reccep Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan and his government with Islamic backgrounds.
So far the demonstrations have killed four and injured nearly 7,500 people.
