North Korea threat to "U.S. hostility"

The North Korean envoy to the United Nations, Sin So-Ho, said that what he described as U.S. hostility, "could lead to war at any time", but reiterated the offer of talks.

In a rare press conference in New York, So-Ho Sin, said Washington has caused tension with what he described as a "threat" atomic and holding military exercises with South Korea.

But he stressed that North Korea is ready for talks "things" with the United States, including the issue of nuclear disarmament.

According to him, Pyongyang "will never withdraw from self-defense".

North Korean envoy to the United Nations has asked, also, that the United States withdraw sanctions against North Korea and recommended that member states CBO, to disregard of Security Council sanctions that are imposed due to missile and nuclear tests Pyongyang.
